The TripTribe mobile app has its own, separate App Terms of Service covering accounts, trip content, subscriptions, and acceptable use of the app. If you've created a TripTribe account, that document — not this one — governs your use of the app.

What this website is

This website is TripTribe's public marketing site: information about TripTribe, links to download the app on Google Play, and a way to contact our team. TripTribe itself is a shared trip-planning app that lets you and the people you invite plan a trip together.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit any form on this website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting forms through automated means, or attempting to access data that isn't yours. We may restrict access for anyone who violates these terms.

Intellectual property

The TripTribe name, logo, and this site's own content belong to us and may not be used without permission, except as necessary to reference or link to them.

Third-party services

This website depends on services we don't operate — Cloudflare for hosting, Upstash for rate limiting, and Resend for email delivery. We're not responsible for outages or errors originating from those services.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is." While we work to keep it accurate, secure, and available, we make no guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TripTribe is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to this website for violating these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of North Macedonia.
