Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy covers the TripTribe marketing website (this site) only. It explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us, and — just as importantly — what we deliberately do not collect.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the message you send us, and the category you selected.

When you sign up for early access, we collect only your email address, along with the date you signed up and its status (active or unsubscribed). We don't ask for your name or any other information to join the waitlist.

We also temporarily process your IP address for every request to this site, solely to enforce rate limits and block automated abuse on our forms. It is not linked to your identity or stored alongside your message content beyond what's needed for that protection.

What we don't collect

This site does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or any non-essential cookies. We don't build an advertising profile of visitors, and we don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your message or to notify you when early access to TripTribe becomes available. We never send your contact-form submissions to analytics or advertising tools.

Service providers

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to operate this site and process form submissions: an email delivery provider to send us your message, a rate-limiting service to prevent abuse, and a hosting/edge provider to serve the site securely. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, after which they are deleted or archived in accordance with our email provider's standard retention practices. Early-access signups are kept until early access opens more broadly or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Every early-access email includes an unsubscribe link that immediately removes you from the waitlist — no account or login required. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time by emailing support@triptribe.com.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
